How we handle your information, and how clinical records are shared.
Bloom Beyond Enabling, 601 and 602 Nastaran Tower, Waterfront Area, Al Jaddaf, Dubai, is responsible for the information described on this page.
We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the Dubai Health Authority's rules on patient information. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. Apart from the people looking after your child, the only others who see anything are the services that run this website, named below, and only so they can do that job.
Clinical records are kept in our practice management system, which is connected to NABIDH, the Dubai Health Authority's health information exchange. They are seen by the clinicians involved in your child's care, the staff who support them such as scheduling and billing, and by you as the parent or guardian. Because we are connected to NABIDH, other DHA-licensed providers treating your child may see these records through that exchange under the Authority's rules. Beyond that we share records only with your consent, for example with a school, insurer or funding body you ask us to work with, or where UAE law or a child safeguarding duty requires it.
Please make enquiries about a child as their parent or legal guardian.
If you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address and your message, and we use them only to reply to you. If you sign up for updates we collect your email address. If you accept cookies we use Google Analytics, and the map on our contact page, to see which pages families find useful; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
You do not need to tell us anything about your child's diagnosis to get in touch. A name and a number is enough and we will call you. Please keep medical details out of the website form, and we will send you a separate intake form once we are in touch.
To run this website we rely on Webflow, which hosts the site and stores messages sent through the form, Cloudflare, which protects the forms from spam, and Google Analytics if you have accepted it. They handle this information on our behalf and for no other purpose. As on most websites, the services that make the pages load, such as fonts and scripts, can see your device's IP address. Messages sent through the website are stored outside the UAE, which is one reason the form is not the place for medical information.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's terms, not ours.
We delete website enquiries once they are no longer needed. Clinical records are kept for the period the Dubai Health Authority requires.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, have it corrected, have it deleted where the law allows, or withdraw your consent at any time. We are required to keep clinical records for the period the Dubai Health Authority sets, so those cannot always be deleted on request. You can change your cookie choice at any time from the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
