At Bloom Beyond Enabling, we are committed to ensuring that every individual and family we serve is fully informed, respected, and supported throughout their care journey.
At Bloom Beyond Enabling, we are committed to ensuring that every individual and family we serve is fully informed, respected, and supported throughout their care journey. Knowing your rights and responsibilities is essential—not just to understand the services you receive, but to actively participate in your care.
To help you better understand your rights and responsibilities, we encourage you to review the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Patients’ Rights and Responsibilities Charter. This easy-to-follow document outlines everything you need to know about your care experience in Dubai.
Right to Complain You have the right to express concerns or dissatisfaction about any aspect of your care without fear of negative consequences.
Right to Access Advocacy Support You have the right to seek independent advocacy services to support you in making informed decisions about your care.
Bloom Beyond Enabling affirms that:
All clients and their families have the right to access independent advocacy services of their choice.
Advocacy support may be used during the informed consent process for assessments, interventions, and ongoing care decisions.
The center will maintain transparency, neutrality, and non-interference in a client’s choice to use or not use advocacy support.
Right to Be Heard Your feedback is valued. We are here to listen—because your voice truly matters.
At Bloom Beyond Enabling, we are committed to continuously improving our services. We welcome all feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and encourage our clients to share their experiences with us.
If you have a concern, you have the right to raise it by contacting us via email at feedback@bloombeyond.me. We will acknowledge your concern and aim to resolve it within our set timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter further.
If you believe a right has been breached, or you have a safeguarding concern about a child, you can report it to us or directly to a regulator. You do not have to raise it with us first.
Inside Bloom Beyond Enabling. Email feedback@bloombeyond.me, or speak to any member of the management team. If your concern is about a particular member of staff, you can raise it with someone else, and you will not be asked to discuss it with the person concerned. We accept anonymous reports, although anonymity may limit how far we can investigate or come back to you. We aim to acknowledge every report within two working days and to tell you the outcome.
No client, family member, visitor or member of staff will be disadvantaged in any way for raising a concern, making a complaint, or reporting a suspected violation, whether that report is made to us or to a regulator. Care will not be refused, delayed, reduced or altered because a complaint has been made. Anyone who retaliates against a person for making a report in good faith is subject to disciplinary action.
Please note that our staff are legally required to report suspected abuse or neglect of a child to the authorities under UAE Federal Law No. 3 of 2016 (Wadeema’s Law). That obligation exists whether or not a complaint has been made to us.
In an emergency, or if a child is in immediate danger: call 999 for police, or 998 for an ambulance.
