This website is run by Bloom Beyond Enabling, 601 and 602 Nastaran Tower, Waterfront Area, Al Jaddaf, Dubai. By using it you accept these terms.
Everything here is general information about our services. It is not an assessment, a diagnosis, or advice about any individual, and reading it does not create a clinician and patient relationship. Decisions about your care or your child's care should be made with a professional who knows the case.
Bloom Beyond Enabling is an outpatient centre. If you or your child need urgent help, do not wait for an appointment or a reply. Call 998 for an ambulance or 999 for the police, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Messages sent through the contact form are answered during opening hours. A message is not an appointment until we confirm it. Please keep medical details out of the form.
Session rates are on our session rates and packages page. We will confirm fees, cancellation and rescheduling terms with you when you book.
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Bloom Beyond Enabling. You may read and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or reuse them, including the photographs, without our written permission.
Where we link to another organisation we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
We keep this site as accurate and available as we reasonably can. Rates, services and staff listings change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai Courts have jurisdiction.
